Eligibility: A Conservation District Director or Associate Director will be recognized for his or her outstanding volunteer efforts that have furthered the activities and accomplishments of conservation districts on a statewide basis. Nominations for this award may be submitted by PACD members. Award recipients will be selected by PACD Executive Board members.

Consider the following points in noting accomplishments:

• Contributions to conservation districts or the PACD above and beyond the call of duty;
• Conservation leadership demonstrated at the local, state and federal levels;
• Number of years serving as district director or associate director, committees served, PACD activities, etc.;
• Coordination of people and interest groups to benefit PACD and/or Pennsylvania's county conservation districts;
• Enlisting support of agencies, organizations, or individuals for PACD and/or statewide conservation district activities;
• Enlisting political support for PACD and/or statewide conservation district activities;
• Securing financial support for PACD and/or special statewide conservation district endeavors;
• Personal time commitment to volunteering for activities that benefit conservation districts, statewide; and
• Unique or special accomplishments in service to Pennsylvania's county conservation districts.
