PACD Capital Fund Goals:
1. Maintain a minimum balance of $35,000 that can be accessed for building repairs and/or improvements in excess of the PACD's annual operating budget for Building Overhead;
2. Eliminate the PACD Building Mortgages (building purchase and renovation loans)

PACD Building Mortgages Balance as of May 1, 2008: $181,903
