PACD administers the Pennsylvania Chesapeake Bay Education Office and the Pennsylvania Nonpoint Source Pollution Education Office with financial support provided by the PA Department of Environmental Protection's Chesapeake Bay Program and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Section 319 Nonpoint Source Pollution Program.
