ACT Training for Conservation District StaffPACD is now accepting applications for the 2005 Summer Agronomy Supplemental Trainings to be held in State College May 23-25 and May 26, 2005. The program will supplement related sessions that have been offered during Basic and Level II trainings.
The two and one half day training on May 23-25 is introductory in nature and is not intended for those who have on-farm experience in crops and forages.
The one day session on May 26 is intended for those who do have on-farm experience in crops and forages.
No one should be applying to attend all four days.
Completed applications must be received at the PACD office by April 8, 2005. (The deadline has been extended until April 29, 2005). Training slots will be filled on a first come first served basis.
A block of rooms has been reserved for May 23 and May 24 at the Days Inn in State College for those who are traveling a distance. Lodging arrangements will be made through PACD, there will be no charge to participants.
