PACD Engineering Technical Assistance Report Available

The PACD Engineering Technical Assistance report for the period January 2004 to February 2005 is available on the PACD website. The PACD Engineering Technical Assistance program has been in existence since 2001 when PACD received its first Growing Greener grant for the program. Since its inception, PACD has completed 206 individual environmental improvement projects for hundreds of Pennsylvania's local organizations and individuals. It is estimated that these projects involve 10.2 million dollars worth of improvements during the past three and one half years. Advance Copies of Voting Materials to Be Provided

As districts have requested, the PACD Bylaws with the amendments approved by the Executive Council in March, along with the draft PACD budget for fiscal year 2005-2006, will be mailed to each conservation district and each voting delegate for advanced review. Voting on these items will take place at the PACD Executive Council Annual Meeting on July 27, 2005 at the Avalon Hotel, Erie, PA.
