2003 Susquehanna River Celebration Harrisburg, PA--Bring the whole family to the 2003 Susquehanna River Celebration on Saturday, June 7, 2003. This one-day event will take place from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., rain or shine, at Harrisburg's Carousel Pavilion on City Island. Admission is free. The River Celebration's theme is We All Live Downstream. Join other community members in celebrating the progress made toward clean water. Activities will include live animals, music and interactive children's programs. Dozens of exhibitors will be on hand sharing practical tips on water quality. The Susquehanna River Celebration is co-sponsored by the Pennsylvania Chesapeake Bay Education Office (Pennsylvania Association of Conservation Districts, Inc.), the City of Harrisburg, and The River, 97.3 WRVV.
