Get Ready for a Fantastic Fall Meeting
Join us for the PACD Fall Meeting October 27-29, 2004
at the Nittany Lion Inn, State College, PA. The Fall Meeting will include
the regular PACD meeting activities such as the Conservation Issues
Forum, State Conservation Commission meeting, PACD Executive Council
and Watershed Specialist training (October 26-27).
In addition to these activities, a special PACD Conservation Expo will
be held October 27th and 28th. On Wednesday, October 27, there will
be a Conservation District Information Sharing and Exhibits session.
For over 15 years, PACD has administered mini-grant programs that support
diverse educational needs. Some past mini-grant recipients will be on
hand to share their district's program and offer tips for success. On
Thursday, October 28, program representatives and exhibits will be on
hand in the expo to share information on a variety of programs and opportunities
for conservation districts.

The registration deadline is October 15, 2004. Please mark your
calendar and plan to attend.
