"We are thrilled to have Mrs. Shambaugh as part of the PACD team,"
Susan Fox Marquart, PACD Executive Director said. "With her 25-plus-years
of experience and knowledge of the legislative issues, she will be a
true asset to our organization."
"Mrs. Shambaugh is a familiar face on Capitol Hill and well respected
among the Senate and House representatives. Not only do I look forward
to working with Mrs. Shambaugh, I am excited to have the added legislative
clout on The Hill with the addition of the newly created legislative
