Strategic Planning Update

PACD will be updating its strategic plan. The last strategic planning session took place in spring 2001. With the recent swearing in of a new governor in Pennsylvania and a new PACD President as of July, the Executive Board believes that this is the appropriate time to update the association's strategic plan.

The PACD Executive Board developed a planning process that involves as many members as possible. You are invited to provide input and establish goals for the association. The fall 2003 PACD Region Meetings will be used to obtain input on the plan from the membership.

The existing plan is posted on the PACD website at http://www.pacd.org/about/strategicplan/plan.htm for reference.

Reminder: Please bring your individual member input form to the region meeting. A form was enclosed in the July 2003 newsletter. If you need a new form, one can be printed from the website, http://www.pacd.org/about/strategicplan/planning.htm.
