PACD Announces Annual Award Winners The Pennsylvania Association of Conservation Districts, Inc. (PACD)
is proud to announce its 2002 Conservation Awards recipients. They are: Annual Report of the Year: Ann Rudd Saxman Conservation Volunteer of the Year: Conservation Educator of the Year: Conservation Farmer of the Year: Conservation Organization of the Year: County Commissioner District Director of the Year: Erosion and Sedimentation Control: Legislator Recognition: Media Conservation Award: M.K. The PACD annually presents awards to individuals and organizations that conduct or help support conservation efforts in Pennsylvania. The 2002 awards recipients will be recognized during a luncheon ceremony that highlights their accomplishments on Monday, July 22, at the Harrisburg Hilton and Towers, in Harrisburg, PA. The ceremony is held in conjunction with the Joint Annual Conference
of the Pennsylvania Association of Conservation Districts, Inc. (PACD),
