News Release
Beetle to Speak at Harrisburg River Celebration Harrisburg, PA-Are you a beetle fan? While we don't expect this beetle to break into song, "The BugMobile," a Volkswagen beetle painted to resemble a lady bug, will "talk" at the annual Susquehanna River Celebration, on June 5 from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Harrisburg's Carousel Pavilion. Both educational and entertaining, the car travels to special events sharing practical and environmentally friendly tips on managing pests around the home and yard.
Along with "The BugMobile" (and its live insect collection),
numerous other surprises await you at the Celebration. A guided tour,
for instance, aboard the Pride of the Susquehanna Riverboat is scheduled
for 3 p.m. Discounted tickets will be available the day of the event.
