Changes to PACD Listserves In order to decrease spam, PACD will rename four of its listserves (directors, managers, watershed specialists, and environmental educators) starting on January 2, 2007. For example, after January 2, those who are subscribed to the manager's listserve will email managers2007@pacd.org instead of managers@pacd.org to send a message to the list.
Please contact PACD Communication Specialist Shannon Wehinger at 717-238-7223 x 18 or shannon-wehinger@pacd.org with any questions or if you wish to subscribe to a listserve. Have You Registered Yet? The PACD Winter Meeting will take place January 17-19, 2007 at the Ramada Conference Center in State College, PA. Make sure your registration is postmarked or received before January 3, 2007 to receive the registration rate of $30. Registrations postmarked or received at the PACD office after January 3, 2007 will be charged a registration fee of $45. Registrations cannot be accepted at the PACD office after January 11, 2007. Meeting information is posted on the PACD website at http://www.pacd.org/events/winter07/default.htm. Correction The November issue of News & Notes incorrectly
states that the registration deadline for the PACD Winter Meeting
is January 8, 2007. The registration deadline is January 11, 2007. |
