Teaming for Tomorrow

PACD's 2003 winter region meetings focused on improving communications in the workplace. Specifically the meetings provided training for Director-Manager Teams. Don Parrish and Dean Hooper of Excellence Resources, Inc. presided.

Feedback has been positive and participants found the training useful. Directors and managers who attended the training gained communication, problem-solving, decision-making and other tools.

The training was sponsored by "Building for Tomorrow" - the Leadership and Professional Development Program of Pennsylvania's Conservation Districts through a grant provided by the PA Department of Agriculture.
