Reminder: Contest Deadlines

The PACD poster contest, open to students in grades K-12, offers young people an opportunity to express their views on natural resource issues through the medium of art. Students' submissions are judged in five age categories according to creativity, simplicity, clarity of message and quality in relation to grade level. All entries need to be postmarked by May 30, 2003.

Submissions for Annual Report of the Year are also due May 30, 2003. Four specific areas will be considered in judging each annual report: visual appeal, readability, content and completeness.

Submissions for both the poster contest and the Annual Report of the Year should be mailed to PACD, 25 North Front Street, Harrisburg, PA 17101.
