Pennsylvania's Conservation Districts Receive $40,000
for Pollution Prevention Education Projects
Harrisburg, PA - The Pennsylvania Association of Conservation Districts,
Inc. (PACD) announces the 2007-08 Nonpoint Source Pollution Prevention
Educational Mini-Grant Program recipients. PACD awarded grants up to
$2,500 for projects throughout the state that promote pollution prevention.
Funding for the grants is provided through the Pennsylvania Department
of Environmental Protection under Section 319 of the Clean Water Act,
administered by the US Environmental Protection Agency. A description
