This appendix contains the following ordinances:
- Model Erosion and Sediment Pollution Control Ordinance and Model
Memorandum of Understanding, PADEP, 1996
- Sample Stormwater Management Ordinance
The PADEP encourages municipalities to consider adoption of the sample
Stormwater Management Ordinance. Both of these ordinances need to be
reviewed and revised to reflect the specific needs of the municipality
and the local watersheds.
