Groundwater and Its Place and Affect on the Chesapeake Bay
The district purchased groundwater flow models (EnviroScape®
and enVision) to illustrate how human activity within a watershed,
whether it be septic system installation or maintenance, well construction
or placement, or practices around a sink hole or well head, can
impact water quality within an aquifer.
