NPS Education Program for Clarion County
The Clarion Conservation District is expanding its current environmental education programs presented to area schools and interest groups through the use of an EnviroScape^® II Nonpoint Source Pollution Prevention model. The model will also be used to help Clarion County's Envirothon teams. Grant funds were used to improve the district's slide collection on NPs and watershed management, and to finance the creation of a new brochure.

Nonpoint Source EnviroScape^® Model
The Fayette County Conservation District purchased a Nonpoint Source EnviroScape^® unit to be used in conjunction with the district's education programs. Fayette District has also developed an educational program that is adaptable to all age groups, and will use the program in classroom and civic settings, using the EnviroScape^® Model as an educational tool. The district is willing to lend the EnviroScape^® to other conservation district for educational use.

Fulton County EnviroScape^® - Nonpoint Source Pollution Education Project
The district will use the EnviroScape^® model to aid environmental education programs that it provides to elementary and middle school students. The model will help to demonstrate topics related to nonpoint source pollution, land use planning, and watershed management.

Northampton County Conservation District Nonpoint Source Pollution Education Program
The purchase of an EnviroScape^® model enables the district to conduct demonstrations of its use to teachers who will use the EnviroScape^® in their classrooms to teach nonpoint source pollution prevention concepts. The model is a landscape complete with trucks, pond, trees, etc.
