Seeing is Believing: A Showcase of SWM BMPs in Montgomery County
Montgomery County Conservation District held a field tour of 12 stormwater
management sites on October 25, 2006. Fact sheets were developed for
each of the sites. These were later printed and distributed for self-guided
tours. The District then turned the tour into a virtual tour, by adding
several pages to their website.
Virtual
Tour (on website) - The District converted a self-guided tour
to a website to provide the information to a broader public. This
can be found at: http://www.montgomeryconservation.org/bmptour.htm.
The fact sheets for each of the twelve sites visited on their bus
tour and distributed for a self-guided, on-site tour can be accessed
from this website.
